Supporting You with Resources, Clarity, and Compassion
As a Public Hospital District of Clallam County, Fork Community Hospital (FCH) is deeply committed to always providing the best care and service possible, and that includes working with patients to help them navigate the financial aspects of their health care and gaining a better understanding of how our critical access hospital, rural health clinics, and other services are reimbursed for the care we provide.
To answer questions, we receive and offer helpful education on a host of financial and insurance aspects of health care, we will be publishing a series of “Ask the Expert” blogs and sharing resources that cover a wide range of topics over the next weeks and months. Just a few of the topics we will develop blogs about, and that you will find on the website, include:
In addition to the blog series, we’ll be sharing information on social media and presenting at various community events (if you’d like us to talk about the financial aspects of health care at your event or gathering, let us know!).
In addition, you can always visit our website and look under “For Patients” > “Billing & Insurance.” On these pages, you will find extensive information and helpful links that answer common questions about insurance, billing, securing financial assistance to help cover the costs of treatment, services denied by insurance providers, and more.
In all we do, our focus is on you and your good health. We know you have options for where you receive your care, and we strive always to be your first and best choice!

If you have any questions about the financial aspects of health care, we welcome hearing from you. You can drop us a note on our website or call our Patient Financial Services Department at 360-374-4391.
