(April 7, 2026) Forks, WA — Forks Community Hospital (FCH) announced news on two of its departments. First, there is the relocation and consolidation of its Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services departments into a single, convenient location. The move is scheduled to occur in mid-April, and once they are moved to their new co-location, the two departments will share what will be known as the designated Central Business Office: 590 Bogachiel Way, Forks, WA 98331.
This strategic consolidation is designed to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and provide a more seamless patient experience. “By bringing Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services together, patients now have a single central location to address billing inquiries and medical record requests,” said Heidi Anderson, CEO. “This change eliminates the need to visit multiple offices, saving time and simplifying the process,” Anderson added.
In addition to the physical relocation of the Financial Services department, FCH will launch its new self-pay service, which provides patients with enhanced security when paying medical bills by credit card, and calls recorded for customer service quality. The change to FCH self-pay will not require patients to take any extra steps; the transition will be seamless.

Visitor parking at the Central Business Office is located directly in front of the building. The facility includes an ADA-accessible entrance. No appointment is required to request medical records, allowing for added flexibility and convenience.
