Visitation Opens at Forks Community Hospital
Beginning March 14, 2022,
two (2) visitors per patient, who have not been exposed to COVID-19 and do not have symptoms of COVID-19, will be allowed in our facilities each day between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER ANY PATIENT AREA!
Forks Community Hospital will be doing a soft opening to visitors beginning March 14th. We will allow two visitors to accompany a patient into our buildings between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. All visitors will need to be screened through our screening shed prior to entry into our facilities. Any visitors who have symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days, or who are sick will not be allowed to enter our facilities.
Central Check-In Station is still required for entry.
To ensure the safety of our residents, patients, community and staff, every person entering Forks Community Hospital and its associated facilities must first visit the drive up Central Check-in Station to be cleared to enter campus facilities unless there is a life threatening emergency. Staff during their work hours have their own assigned check in. Upon being cleared, each person will be given a sticker they will need to wear in order to enter any of the buildings which include; the Hospital, Bogachiel Medical Clinic, Forks Family Medical Clinic, Patient Financial Services, Hospital Administration, Physical Therapy, and West End Outreach Services.
