Professional Bio: Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Osland received a Masters Degree from Washington State University in Exercise Physiology. Dr. Osland worked as an Exercise Physiologist at the Naval Submarine Base in Bangor, Washington. Dr. Osland has been practicing medicine since 1991 and has successfully completed over 10,000 orthopedic surgeries.

Professional Bio: Vern earned his Nursing Degree in 2011 and began working at FCH. In 2014 Vern worked for Harrison Health Partners on G Street as an Ambulatory Care RN. In 2018 Vern took the role of RN Clinic Lead at the Quileute Health Center. Vern returned to the Forks Community Hospital family in 2020. Vern earned his Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University in late 2021 and has been seeing patients at Bogachiel Medical Clinic.
Interests/Hobbies: Vern spends a lot of time completing volunteer work: youth league sports, Royal Rangers, and at church. Vern spends as much time as he can with his wife and three children hunting, fishing, and camping.

Professional Bio: Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology in 1992 from Oklahoma State University and completed her Nursing Degree on Kauai in 2001. In 2009, she obtained her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. In 2018, Kim joined the FCH team as our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and is our current Director of Anesthesia. Kim advocates for health and wellness and understands the incredible toll pain takes on the patients in our community. She entered a fellowship in Non-surgical Pain Management to provide Interventional Pain treatment to patients in The West End. Kim is now able to help patients lessen their pain through different procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, radio frequency ablations, trigger point and steroid injections.
Interests/Hobbies: Kim understands the importance of health and wellness and applies that knowledge to her life. She enjoys exercise, learning about nutrition, reading, spending time outdoors, and is active in many philanthropic organizations in Clallam County.
