Financial arrangements and terms are available. A sliding fee scale is used that is based on family size and ability to pay  . West End Outreach Services is a department of Clallam County Hospital District #1 (aka – Forks Community Hospital) whose income depends on patient fees, medical coupons, and government funding and grants.
