APPROVAL OF THE AMENDED INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT OF THE

WESTERN WASHINGTON RURAL HEALTH CARE COLLABORATIVE PHD

JOINT OPERATING BOARD

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC

HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO.1 OF CLALLAM COUNTY, WASHINGTON,

AUTHORIZING THE DISTRICT TO ENTER INTO THE AMENDED

INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT, DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE

SUPERINTENDENT OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE TO REPRESENT THE DISTRICT

IN ALL MAnERS PERTAINING TO THE WESTERN WASHINGTON RURAL

HEALTH CARE COLLABORATIVE PHD JOINT OPERATING BOARD EXCEPT

WHEN DOING SO WOULD INDEBT THE DISTRICT FOR ANY AMOUNT OVER

$10,000.

WHEREAS eleven of the hospital districts comprising the Western Washington

Rural Health Care Collaborative PHD Joint Operating Board desire to work

together for the mutual benefit of the districts, as described in the Amended

Interlocal Agreement which is attached,

BE IT RESOLVED that Clallam County Public Hospital District NO.1 approves

the Amended Interlocal Agreement with the hospital districts identified in the

Agreement.

ADOPTED BY The Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No.1 of Clallam County, Washington at a regular meeting on the 9^th day of January, 2007, the following Commissioners being present and voting.
