If Grieving, Find a Place or Someone to Share WithIf you are aware of feelings of sadness, grief, tears due to losses or change, it is wise to find a way to express them, share them with a person or friend who knows it is okay for grief to go on and on or you can attend our Grief (Loss & Change Adjustment) Support Group, which meets on Tuesdays in the Health Resource Center. Call 374-6271, ext. 117 to determine which Tuesdays of the month. Pastor Al Harness and Lana Rosten-Mahoney, Community Health Coordinator are the co-facilitators. |
