The Information Services Department is responsible for the technology needs of all Clallam County Hospital District 1 Departments. Services provided include the day to day installation, operation and support of all computer hardware and
software, printers, servers and other network equipment, as well as management and maintenance of the hospital’s health information systems. The department collaborates with other Hospital District departments in the assessment, planning,
acquisition and implementation of new information technology initiatives. The Information Services Department routinely manages multiple technology related projects for the Hospital District. The Information Services Manager is responsible for
patient health information security in accordance with all state and federal regulations and hospital policies. Information Services is staffed by a manager and a computer/network technician. The department is also responsible for management
and support of the Hospital District TeleHealth Department and programs. Outside consulting and contracting services are occasionally utilized for building wiring and equipment repair services.
Information Services business hours are from 7:00am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
