Dietary Services
 

The Hospital Dietary Department provides meal services and clinical support for inpatients.

A full-time, registered dietitian delivers dietary counseling, assessment, and education to both inpatients and outpatients. Meals are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients and are individualized to the patient's needs.

The Spoon's Cafe, open to the public from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offers a variety of healthy choices daily, in addition to catering services. Same entree menu is available at noon and dinner. Sandwiches, salad bar, desserts are available between the lunch meal which ends at 2 p.m. and dinner which starts at 5 p.m. The public is also welcome to the famous 2 p.m. cookie bar.
