Admitting

All patients receiving services at Forks Community Hospital must register through the Admissions desk. This desk is located through the Emergency Room entrance. The hours for the Admissions desk are 7:00am to 11:00pm. The telephone number is (360) 374-6271. The admitting staff CANNOT give out medical advice or answer billing questions for you, but will direct you to the appropriate department. Payments can be made with the Collections Manager or at Admissions desk if the Collections Manager is unavailable. It is important to provide the admissions receptionist with your correct name, address and insurance information in order to enable them to perform the required duties efficiently and provide other departments with appropriate and accurate information. The Admitting receptionist will provide you with information concerning advanced directives, living wills, and the privacy notice for our hospital. If you wish to discuss these things further, the receptionist will direct you to the appropriate personnel.
