Job Title: Physical Rehabilitation Services Director Department: Physical Therapy Status: Full Time Qualifications: Current WA State Physical Therapy License. Three years of clinical experience including a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Familiar with Physical Therapy as practiced in the hospital setting. Skilled in interpersonal communication and ability to relate well to the patients, the public, other professionals and Hospital employees at all levels. General: In addition to staff Physical Therapist duties and responsibilities, the Director of Physical Rehabilitation Services oversees the general operations of the Physical Rehabilitation Services Department, directs and supervises licensed and non-licensed support personnel within their scope of practice, develops and implements new programs and services and promotes high standards of patient care and personnel performance. minutes from the Pacific coastline in northwestern Washington, our
progressive rural hospital offers a full spectrum of Physical Therapy
services. We are looking for truly exceptional people who can help us
meet the challenges of this rural community. Not unlike the trees around
here, that’s a tall order. We’re involved with inpatient and outpatient
care, service to our local Long Term Care residents, home health,
multiple community outreach programs and school districts. With our new
surgical wing and additional orthopedic capabilities, our PT team needs
more help. Our work here directly impacts the community in which we

Title: Case Manager Dept: WEOS Status: Full Time Summary: We are currently recruiting for a Case Manager with child and family focus. The case manager is responsible for providing support services to priority mental health clients, including the chronically mentally ill, seriously disturbed and acutely mentally ill. The Case Manager may also provide some support services to alcoholism and/or drug clients, as assigned. The Case Manager is under the supervision of the agency Director with clinical supervision provided by the Coordinator of assigned unit. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social science, social work or related area. 2 years mental health treatment experience.

Title: Mental Health Specialist Dept: WEOS Status: Full Time Summary: The MHS is responsible for providing clinical treatment services under the supervision of the Director of Outreach Services, and/or coordinator of program area assigned. The MHS provides multifaceted mental health services within his/her credentialed areas of expertise. This may encompass emergency services, information and referral, individual, group and family psychotherapy, consumer support services, community education and consultation services. Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavioral science, social work, nursing sciences or related field from an accredited college or university, or otherwise meeting the requirements of “Mental Health Specialist” under WAC. 388-865-0150
